At Hoydar.com, we stand behind the quality of our electric motorcycles and want our customers to ride with confidence. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to make a claim.
1. Warranty Coverage
Hoydar provides a limited warranty for all new electric motorcycles purchased directly from Hoydar.com or authorized dealers.
Coverage Periods:

Frame & Structure: 2 years

Battery & Motor: 1 year

Controller, Charger, Display, and Electrical Components: 6 months

Other Parts & Accessories: 3 months
2. What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a covered component is found defective, Hoydar will repair or replace the part at no cost (excluding shipping fees, if applicable).
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, lights, cables, etc.)

Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint, stickers)

Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or modifications

Damage from improper assembly, maintenance, or storage

Water damage caused by riding in heavy rain, flooding, or submersion

Consumable items and accessories not manufactured by Hoydar
4. Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty eligibility, customers must:

Use the motorcycle only as intended (personal transportation, not for commercial or extreme use)

Follow the instructions in the user manual for assembly, maintenance, and charging

Retain proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
5. Warranty Claim Process
To file a claim:

Our support team will assess the claim and may request additional details.

If approved, we will provide repair instructions, send replacement parts, or arrange service depending on the issue.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hoydar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our responsibility is strictly limited to repair or replacement of defective parts under this warranty.
7. Changes to Warranty Policy
Hoydar reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies.
